This is a real challenge for the City Officials to Address
This is a part of Monroe History. Absentee landlords and transient renters. No one is at all sure what Jeff Green, a full time city employee in the planning department does for us. Any time he does anything there is a news release in the local paper. Perhaps he could be assigned to blight enforcement and put his findings in the local news.
